1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product (in the case of a physical product) or confirmation of payment (for digital products).
To exercise this right:
- The request must be made by email to contato@rusticchichomes.com with the subject “Refund Request”;
- Enter your full name, order number, CPF and reason for the request;
- In the case of physical products, the item must be returned in its original packaging, with no signs of use, with all accessories and invoice.
The refund will only be made after receiving and checking the product , ensuring that the conditions have been met.
2. POLICY FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
2.1 Exchange due to defect or damage
If the product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, you may request an exchange or return within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt.
Procedure:
- Send photos or videos proving the defect/damage to contato@rusticchichomes.com ;
- After analysis, the product may be exchanged free of charge, or the full amount will be refunded.
Important Notes:
- Defects caused by misuse will not be refunded;
- If the return is approved, shipping will be paid by the store.
2.2 Product does not match the order
If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, you have up to 7 (seven) calendar days to notify us . The exchange will be made at no additional cost.
3. POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products (such as e-books, courses, spreadsheets or downloadable files) have a specific policy:
- Refunds may be requested within 7 (seven) calendar days after purchase;
- The amount will be refunded in full if the product has not been downloaded or accessed in its entirety;
- After this period, or after the content has been fully consumed, there will be no possibility of a refund .
4. REIMBURSEMENT TERMS AND METHODS
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase:
Credit card:
- The refund will be requested from the card operator;
- The amount may appear on up to two subsequent invoices , depending on the card closing date.
Pix, bank slip or transfer:
- The amount will be deposited into the bank account provided by the customer within 10 (ten) business days after confirmation of the return.
5. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Orders for physical products can be canceled before shipping . If shipping has already been completed, you will need to wait until you receive the product and follow the return procedure described in this term.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Products returned without prior notice or outside the legal deadline will not be accepted;
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the criteria of our policy;
- Rustic Chic Homes is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse or improper installation of products.
